Coo Coo for Cacao

Today we made some delicious food. For dinner we had Nori rolls stuffed with Not Tuna Pate and avocados with a side of raw Pad Thai and kelp noodles. Mmmm. We also made raw chocolate truffles today and ate them tonight along with some Strawberry Sorbet. Raw Food is fun and delicious!

1 cup shaved cacao butter
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/8 cup of mesquite powder
2 tbls agave
maca to taste (a pinch or two)
Melt cacao butter (bowl in bowl) and then add rest of ingredients. Use your Green Star to make any kind of nut butter (we REALLY like hazelnuts mixed with a wee bit of raw honey). Then pour a bit into molds, add nut butter or coconut or nuts or anything then more chocolate to 'seal' it. Yum!

Oh goodness, you guys FEASTED! What a lovely meal!

How do you like the kelp noodles? I keep reading about them all over blogland, and I am THIS CLOSE to ordering some. You like?

I use a spiralizer to make pasta from various veggies, but it's not quite the same as a real noodle...I think my gang would a kelp noodle pasta dinner :)

Yummy truffle recipe, thanks for sharing!
